Returning a Purchased Product
We inspect all items thoroughly prior to shipment and we try our best to make sure our products go to our customers in perfect condition timely, however accidents do occur. Where a product is damaged when delivered, please contact our customer service 212-684-8888 during business hours to return the product and receive the replacement.
Customer has 30 days to return purchased item(s) from the date the product was purchased at his or her expense to us at our address with sales receipt or order confirmation email. Refund will be issued within 15 days after receiving the product in original condition and inspection. In order to receive refund, these products should be still new, in resellable condition, with original packaging. Refund will not include the shipping cost of the original order.
Order Cancellation Process
If for any reason the customer wants to cancel an order, please call our Customer Service Specialists at 212-684-8888 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org during business hours. Keep in mind, if the order has already been processed (i.e. packed and shipped), it may be too late to cancel or change the shipment. However, you can return the order once it is received. In the event you refuse an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges related to that order.
